What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Knowing what to expect at your first appointment will make the experience more enjoyable for both you and your pet.
Get Settled
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our team will go over your pet's history and discuss their problems with you. You are welcome to ask any questions you have, and we will devote time to answering them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
We will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options after evaluating your pet. Your veterinarian and you will collaborate to develop a treatment plan for your pet.
Following your visit, we will prepare a detailed report outlining our diagnosis, our discussion with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on file for future reference.
Our Pet Care Philosophy
Our skilled team of veterinary professionals takes the time to get to know you and your pet. We enjoy opportunities to go above and beyond—providing the gold standard in customer care. We never refuse appointments and will fit in patients even if we are solidly booked.
